Egypt Tech provides oxygen generators based on columns filled with zeolite material. These columns retain all components under pressure except the oxygen present in the air. During pressurization, these components (nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and moisture) bind to the zeolite material. This process is known as Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA).<\/p>

We supply high-purity oxygen generators that produce oxygen from compressed air. They ensure a continuous oxygen supply at highly competitive costs compared to alternative sources. The OKSIPAK oxygen generator unit is designed to quickly recover investment costs by providing large volumes of oxygen consumption savings. It is engineered for easy installation in any location, requiring only a compressed air line, power supply, and electrical connection.<\/p>

With oxygen purity levels of up to 95%, the OKSIPAK unit can also be connected to an external buffer tank to regulate consumption or provide backup production according to usage requirements.<\/p>

This product delivers the high-purity oxygen gas required in sectors such as hospitals, laboratories, oxy-fuel technology, welding and steel cutting, fish farms, ozone generation, and wastewater treatment. As a result, logistical and supply issues associated with transporting cylinders or liquid oxygen are eliminated.<\/p>

Optional features can be added upon request, including an initial maintenance kit, filter kit, mobile phone control system, remote control, and an oxygen analysis system. Egypt Tech provides CMS nitrogen generators based on columns filled with Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) material. These columns retain all components of the air under pressure except the noble gas argon. As the pressure increases, these components (oxygen, carbon dioxide, and moisture) are adsorbed by the molecular sieve. This process is known as Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA).<\/p>

Egypt Tech provides air dryers designed to remove moisture from the atmospheric air drawn into the air compressor. The amount of moisture varies depending on air temperature and geographical conditions. Water molecules (H\u2082O) present in the compressed air leaving the compressor adhere to the adsorbent material inside the chemical dryer, thereby reducing humidity to very low levels. At this stage, the moisture condenses into liquid water and is removed from the system.<\/p>

\u2022 These standard dryers are systems designed to produce dry compressed air with dew point values of up to -40\u00b0C and -70\u00b0C.<\/p>

\u2022 The dry air loss rate is approximately 2% of the treated compressed air.<\/p>

\u2022 The amount of lost (purged) air can be reduced to lower levels by adding a dew point control unit.<\/p>

This process is achieved by generating regeneration air using a blower and an electric heating element.<\/p>
